Care, especially in a faith-based setting, should be a shared responsibility that promotes a congregational/organizational culture of care.
I will partner with you, your team, or your church/organization in creating and implementing a relevant, relational care ministry or work with you in maximizing the impact of your existing care ministry. We will work together – In Solidarity – in examining your current culture, including your organizational mission, vision, structure, demographics, psychographics, and other pertinent information that will aid in acknowledging and addressing obstacles and opportunities leading to fulfilling your goals in pastoral, congregational and community care.
